A guided practice in which the group will first engage in the healing modalities of simple breathing exercises, mindfulness and somatic movement/dance to release blockages and connect with body and emotions in the present moment.
The second part of the session includes laying down in an extended savasana to receive a sound journey weaving intentionally crafted musical soundscapes and vocals for deeper relaxation, rejuvenation and reconnection.

Somatic movement/dance flow (dynamic bell curve style -> slow build up to a peak energy expression -> slowly return to rest)

Directly translates to 'of the body', typically poised as an intentional movement practice that focuses on internal sensation and perception in the present moment (different from performative dance); can bridge the mind and body connection, bringing deeper awareness, healing, connection, revelation and release.
