Her roots are of Levantine (Palestine, Syria and Lebanon), American born, raised in Cairo, New Delhi and Dubai.

Sara deeply understands the power of remembering our inner cycles, rhythms and systems, mirroring those found in nature.

She holds professional experience in various clinical and nature-based therapy settings, specializing in the expressive healing arts. 

Sara has dedicated 8+ years to immersive studies around the world covering shamanic energy work, somatic movement, plant medicine integration coaching, sound healing, tantric arts, astrology and mindfulness-based practices.
