Traditional therapy often focuses primarily on the mind, exploring thoughts, emotions, and mental patterns. While this can be helpful, real change happens when we move beyond the cognitive and engage with the body. I don't just ask you to talk about your experiences—I help you feel them, release them, and reprogram your system at a deeper level through somatic healing, vocal activation, and energetic recalibration.

In traditional therapy, a diagnosis is often part of the process, and it can sometimes feel limiting or restrictive.
Though I am qualified and experienced in the traditional diagnostic therapeutic model, this approach doesn't need a diagnosis to work. Instead, I meet you where you are and focus on releasing the things that are holding you back-emotional blocks, unconscious patterns, and energetic stagnation.
You won't be labeled or put in a box. I don't work with symptoms; I work with what is holding you back from being fully yourself, guiding you to release, reframe, and recalibrate naturally.
There's no pressure to "fix" anything.
It's about allowing your natural state of alignment to emerge.
